Please have your husband/partner process your ticket order through the player comp ticket system. Deadline is 3 hours BEFORE game time (this applies to all home & road games). Tickets will be available 1 hour before the game and you can pick them up at Player’s Will Call (main ticket window on King St.) The Family Section is located in section 119.
2021 start of season Covid ticket notes:
Family tickets will be in section 119 in pods of 2 and 4 which are socially distanced at six-feet apart. The remaining tickets will be in the View Level. Please note that a limited number of tickets will be available for road games.
4 tickets allotted per family. If you require more than 4 tickets, please be sure to include that in the comments section on the COMPTIX system. Due to limited ticket resources, we are capped at 240 total tickets per game for players and coaches use.
Gates open 90 minutes before game time and tickets can be picked up from the security table as you enter the ticket office lobby entrance adjacent to the ATM machine on King Street (see photo below). Please note, ONLY spouses/partners and children may access this entrance.
Field Access during batting practice (Currently not offered - Covid) - All home BP pass requests MUST be submitted 5 hours before game time via the COMPTIX system. You must submit first and last names of your guests and they will need to provide a form of identification when picking up the passes. They will need to have a photo taken on-site to be granted access to the field.
Giants and MLB Identification Badges
The Giants will issue you and your children a giants identification badge. It can be picked up from the security table as you enter the ticket office lobby next to the ATM (on King St. / across from the Via hotel).
Please note that all wives and children must have a Giants i.d. badge, which will allow you to move throughout the ballpark without any problem as well as receive your Dugout Store discount (30%).
The MLB will also issue a separate i.d. badge to family members over 16.
Parking
Nearby convenient parking will be available on game day for direct family members. As a “household guest” (spouse or partner) you can valet park at Hotel VIA on game days. This requires a mobile pass which James can send you. No fee, no need to tip. Just show the parking Attendent your pass and your good to go.
*VIP Entrance is directly across the street. Just like valet parking.

Special Family Access Areas at Oracle - Currently not offered because of Covid
Ballpark Childcare - KiddieCorp. our childcare partner, will provide complimentary childcare for children ages 6 months to 12 years here at Oracle Park.
The Giants have partnered with KiddieCorp for 25 years to provide childcare for the children of our players, coaches and Clubhouse staff. KiddieCorp offers a selection of age-appropriate games and toys, enjoyable activities, and meals and snacks approved by parents. Here is a sample schedule of what your child’s day will look like. The room is secure and accessible only to the families, childcare providers and authorized personnel. If you want access to the nest camera feed contact Berth Fajardo at (415) 420-3600.

Friends & Family Lounge - (a few doors down from Lori Gardner Family Room) is a waiting area for extended family and friends. To access the Family & Friends Waiting Room a wristband is needed and must be requested on the COMPTIX system with your ticket request.
The Lori Gardner Family Room - (directly across from the Clubhouse) is a waiting room for Direct Family members and a designated helper only. The lounge opens an hour before game time and is available for direct family members. Contact: If calling from outside (415) 972-1959 or in-park phone ext. 1959
Gotham Club - Located inside the out-of-town scoreboard, the club features a bar and a private dining area. The Clubhouse is the central location for Club activity and is directly connected to The Bullpen. A private, members-only entrance along The Portwalk grants members direct and easy access to The Clubhouse and inside the ballpark.

Baseball Chapel Women’s Ministry
Bible Study Schedule (TBD for 2021)
Bible Study will be led by Lynn Mitchell every Tuesday home game from 7:00 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. in the Family & Friends Waiting Room.
Catholic Mass at Oracle Park is held every Sunday home game at 10:00 a.m. in the Nick Peters Media Interview Room (next to the Giants Clubhouse).
